1. Website Terms of Use
Who we are. This website, ezautocreditsc.com, is run by E-Z Auto Credit SC LLC (5503 Business Hwy 51 S, Schofield, WI 54476) and E-Z Auto Credit CF LLC (2665 S Prairie View Rd, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729), used vehicle dealers, and Members Finance LLC, the related finance company for both stores. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean these businesses. "You" means anyone using this website.
Using the site. You must be 18 or older to use this site. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is. This site is for general information and to let you look at our vehicles. Looking at the site or sending us a form is not a purchase, a credit application, an offer of credit, or an approval for credit. Any sale or financing happens in person at our dealership, in writing, on our standard documents.
Vehicle information, prices, and availability.
- We work to keep listings correct, but mistakes and delays happen. Prices, payments, down payments, mileage, features, photos, and availability can change or be wrong.
- A vehicle shown on the site may already be sold or committed. Vehicles marked "Coming Soon" are still being inspected and are not yet for sale.
- Photos are of the actual vehicle where shown, but may not show every mark or condition. Please come see the vehicle.
- Nothing on this site is a warranty. Every used vehicle we sell comes with an FTC Buyers Guide posted on the window that says whether it is sold "as is" or with a warranty. The Buyers Guide on the vehicle and the paperwork you sign control over anything on this site.
- Any down payment, payment, or financing terms you see are examples unless we confirm them in writing for you. We do not run credit checks. Approval and terms are based on your paystub, general information, and down payment, as we review them in person.
- You are welcome to have your own mechanic inspect any vehicle before you buy.
Equal treatment. We don't discriminate against anyone on a basis protected by law.
Our content. The site, our name, logo, text, and photos belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, or use our name, logo, or photos for other purposes without our written permission.
What you send us. If you send us a message, comment, or photo through the site, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and run our business. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive, or that belongs to someone else.
Links to other sites. The site may link to other sites, such as Facebook. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them or their privacy practices.
Limits on our responsibility. The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using this site or from relying on the information on it, including technical problems or errors. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Wisconsin or federal law, including rights in your sale or finance contract.
Changes. We can update these terms and the privacy notice at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the update.
Governing law. Wisconsin law applies to these terms, except where federal law applies.

2. Privacy Notice
What this covers. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, in our dealership, and when you apply for financing, and how we use and share it. Information you give us for a credit application is also covered by our separate privacy notice that we give you with your application or sale documents, as federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) requires.
What we collect.
- Contact information you give us: name, address, phone, email.
- Information on applications and forms: date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license number, employment and income, and similar details needed to review a purchase or finance request.
- Information to verify your application: such as your recent paystub and employer or income verification. We do not run credit checks or pull credit reports to approve a purchase. We also do not report your account to any credit bureau.
- Information from your visit to the site: such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools that our website platform (Wix) uses to run and measure the site.
- Messages and calls with us.
How we use it. To respond to you, show and sell vehicles, review and service financing, collect payments, follow the law, prevent fraud, keep our records, and improve our site and service.
How we share it. We share personal information only as needed to run our business and as the law allows, such as with:
- companies that help us run the business (website host, payment and software providers, collection and recovery help, title and registration work);
- lenders, insurers, and warranty or service-contract providers when you ask for or buy those products;
- government agencies, courts, and others when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices. You can ask us to stop marketing calls or texts at any time (see Section 3). You can ask what information we hold about you or ask us to correct it by contacting us. Browsers let you limit cookies.
Keeping it safe. We limit access to personal information to people who need it for their job and use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send your Social Security number or bank details by email or text.
Children. This site is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

3. Text Message and Phone Call Terms
By giving us your mobile number and checking the box or otherwise agreeing, you agree that E-Z Auto Credit SC LLC, E-Z Auto Credit CF LLC, and Members Finance LLC may call or text you at that number about your vehicle purchase, your account and payments, and, if you agree, offers and promotions. Texts may be sent using automated technology.
- Agreeing to marketing texts is not required to buy a vehicle or get financing.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop texts, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or call (715) 355-5452. You can also tell us in person, by phone, or in writing that you want to stop, and we will honor it.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
- If you give us a number that belongs to someone else, or your number changes, please tell us.
